Content and Language Integrated Learning, or CLIL, is the term used for the European version of bilingual education, an approach to foreign language learning which is extending rapidly in Spain. On this page you will find information about the work the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid's CLIL research group is doing, about the corpus we have collected in Spanish secondary school classrooms where subjects are taught in English, and about the research we have done on the language of these classes.
